How Ocean Park, one of the Hong Kong leading companies, is able to control perfectly on their safety management, HR management, staff engagement and motivation?
This visit gave students a very good chance to understand management from the local business perspective and inspired them to think about how it could be applied to health services industry.

Our students had this valuable opportunity to visit Towngas and revealed the secrets behind their great success in their management. Not only did they receive amazing sharings from different department heads, but also had the chance to interact and discuss with them during the Towngas tour.

Quality, performance, payer relationship, customer relationship and business strategies are always the aspects we are interested in private healthcare organisations. We were very fortunate to have a chance visiting Quality Healthcare in June 2016.
